Stated before anything else, because the category matters more than the detail.
AWE is a horse-racing data, probability, model-evaluation, accuracy and research platform. It exists to represent any available race, in any supported region, on any date — and to be honest about how much evidence sits behind each representation.
It is an analytical and research product. It handles no money, places no bets, and issues no instructions. There is no deposit flow, no withdrawal flow, no payment handling, no staking calculator, and no personalised wagering direction anywhere in the system — not disabled, not hidden behind a flag, but absent from the architecture.
Eleven questions, each of which becomes a module. None is answered yet.
